Blurry picture not reticle

My guess is a loose lens but we'd all be guessing without it in our hands and likely having it apart. Even then, it may or may not be obvious. If your goal is to learn, take it apart. If your goal is a good scope, send it in or replace it.

Actually , I have several of these .....I think I am going for the " learn" option .....hell I'm a renovation carpenter , it's what I do....fix stuff! Time to expand the horizons! Thank you gentlemen~

That's why I think the objective lens has moved/been moved.

One other thing - make sure the objective lens is actually clean.

I'm leaning toward jelenko's comments here.
Certainly not to demean your Cote guy's service but it is possible a very faint overspray may have gotten past and coated the objective lens.especially if you had no problem with prior after the repair service. Possibly impacted some how and shifted lens.
