Gun stickers on vehicles

I stand corrected.

Without the emblems, no one would know what make it is.

I have a range toolbox that I put all my gun/shooting related stickers on, my vehicles have no stickers of any kind. I subscribe to the "gray man" concept. I will occasionally wear a branded T shirt of some sort but that's about it. I have nothing to prove and no reason to explain myself to anyone.

I had an unfortunate experience back in 2015 when I had a custom Panda action bench gun stolen. I was returning from a shoot in Wabash, IN and stopped In Indianapolis for dinner with my granddaughter. It was 4:00 PM broad daylight in a nice shopping mall with loads of people walking around. After dinner I walked back to my truck and observed the rear window glass missing! Glass was all over the ground and my Panda was gone. I called the police and they came to take the report. I had gun stickers on my back window and the police informed me thieves (pond scum) targeted vehicles with any kind of firearm sticker. They “smash, grab, run”, use a hammer to break the window and grab whatever they can. Never did recover that rifle, really shot and looked good.

Since that time zero stickers on my vehicles!

To each is his own. Although I don't advertise if you want to call it that for anything or whatever you want to call it... when I seen this I had to buy it!

Really fits especially after the last few years...

I really don't care if you see something like this on my truck/car... but no I don't have it on a vehicle if I travel to a match out of state etc...bad enough I will have out of state plates saying I'm not a local resident. That alone to me puts a target on my back.

A buddy of mine and I sort of adopted a couple at the range (until their having a life got in the way); the wife got me a T-shirt that simply had that same question on it. As I work at a community college in a fairly liberal area, I only wear the shirt to the range and the post-shooting pub.

I make the dealership take their decal off before I buy it. I tell them they can knock an extra $500 off the price if they want free advertising on my truck. So far, they've all removed them.
Good on you! Last new vehicle we bought dealership put stickers on it while we were signing docs. When salesman walked us out I asked who gave you permission to put stickers on our vehicle? He kinda huffed a bit, told him you take 'em off or you just bought it. He ran it back to detail shop where they were promptly removed including their branded license plate frame.
