Custom.17 bullet makers

Who's about there now days making custom.17 cals ? Seems about eveyone stopped in 2022.. that or the lead times are just crazy long..know there a jacket problem too and all that

I had Don Unmussig make me some 30grainers last year. Not sure if he has any jackets left but he did a great job on them. Took a bit but I ordered a bunch of them.

I’m shooting Hammer 18 & 21gr. Got up to 5060FPS in 18’s. Great accuracy, bullet held together. Case didn’t care for it.

Don makes his own jackets. Great guy to deal with. No website, you have to call him.
If he doesn't answer, you can leave a message and he'll call you back, if his wife remembers to give him the message.....

Hammer bullets are good one's and I believe BlackHole is still making them.

Yes ! Actually emailed them a while back , lead times are kinda crazy but they are specialty bullets, so I cant be mad at the guy

I believe I payed 450/1000 plus shipping but I ordered 5000 and sold off what I didn’t need.
