Or get your Mom a rawhide mallet. Slows 'em down a bit.My mom's new Feist. Mom is 73, I don't know if she can keep up with this buzzsaw!!

My wife have to have this rescue. She is 8 and sleeps on top of me. She has to be with her daddy all the time. Lucy does nothing but run all day, her ribs and hips show. She eats two full bowls of dog food every day with bacon grease when we have it. She gets 3 chicken strips every time we go to town.

Our 2 Dutchies, 2 left photos are of Stella our new pup (6mo) the right two photos are Grace our 4yo. Love this breed but not for the faint of heart nor couch potato people.Mine is a big Ole baby but very protective of us. People are curious about him when we go out in public they are rare in my area and everyone wants to know what kind of dog he is I get all kinds of guesses most think he's got pit in him because of his brindle color![]()
My wife just watched our brothers place for a week. Thier RB is roughly the same age as yours a big loving oaf that followed her everywhere, including bed. LolMy ridgeback when he was like 3 months old.... Now he's 8 months old and pushing I would guess 90-100lbs... You don't have to lean over to pet him , his heads almost stomach high.... He's still a growing boy.... He's the biggest cuddle bug I have ever had , not a mean bone in his body.... Only problem so far is he loves people so much and he's so big he can hurt you..... Pays no attention to cats etc but is mesmerized by butterflies.... He's going to be gigantic and he's definitely to much dog for me and my wife in our mid fifties.... But he's staying.... He was really trying up to this point but he's getting better every day...
