Misapplication of Public Health Emergency law in NM

The dirty little secret is that the Democrats don't want the violence to stop. They want to keep using it as "justification" for stripping away our rights and liberties. For proof all you need to see look at is how lenient the judicial system is on violent criminals. Think about it this way. If there were no crime, how would they "justify" more gun laws that are in direct conflict with the 2nd Amendment?

Good. And may she find that the People have their boots on her neck. In direct response to such dereliction of duty and utter faithlessness and infidelity, all such people need to be reminded of who butters the bread, owns the bread, determines how and when the "bread" is dished out.
If she's truly got such a mindset, she has zero business in public administration. By her own words, she's proven that. By her actions, she's proven dangerous to the constitutional rule of law. And may the citizens of NM see it that way.
I believe she is being used as a puppet of the National Democratic Socialist movement, and or by the world wide influencers who would like to deconstruct America and disarm the average American citizen. In my mind she is simply running a test case for the rest of those to follow if she happens to get some traction. Testing the waters is another way of saying it. She admitted it will have no effect on the criminals in our state. It's absolutely not about crime, or her love for the people of NM, I don't think she cares if anyone catches a cold or is the victim of a crime, it's about power, and as many have said in the mask mandate issue, to see how many people can she get to willfully comply. As you know, power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely! Here in NM I'm hearing that it won't be long till another mask mandate will come and it will again come because of another, "health emergency." Anyone see a pattern...push a lot and get away with a little...done enough times and they get where they want to go.
I foresee allot of Health emergencies in your country over the next 6 or so months
Hah! Nobody expects the criminals to obey this new edict, when the track record of such criminals shows they've done nothing but ignore and refuse to obey every other edict in existence. Even this twit should appreciate that. Not even twits of this caliber can have such an expectation of criminals.
She's a tyrant, IMO. And the people of her state should see her as such.

Yesterday, Lujan Grisham’s effort hit another significant setback when her state’s attorney general, Raul Torrez, declared that he, too, saw the governor’s action as unconstitutional and that he would not defend it in court.

Completely Un-Constitutional and much of it has been stopped by a judge and law suits comint out on her and her ban.
Criminals don't follow laws regardless, but her type just can not see that. Good example, just in the news now. PA has some very strict gun laws to stop criminals from getting them, did those laws stopped the recent escaped guy from getting a rifle during his time out of the jail, NO, he stole one, as most do or they buy on the black market.
They continue to punish the law abiding citizen, and allow the criminal to go scott free.

You'd think after the absolute bans that the District of Columbia had and which the Heller lawsuits smacked down, the tyrants would have gotten the message that absolutist tyranny won't fly.
Of course, those types always try.
Power and control. It's the goal.
Kudos on GOA for their efforts. I just hope this gets appealed to completion, and that SCOTUS pulls the finger out to issue a broad statement about outright bans of this sort.
