How do you know since it was never a .330? Sounds like your justifying your choice not tested imformation. Now if you chambered as a .330 afrter shooting it,as a .332 you would have factual results for your barrel.I had Alex Wheeler chamber mine with a .332" chamber, It allows a thicker neck on the brass which gives a little more tension on the seated bullet which in MY rifle, helps in getting better release on firing? All I know is that it has helped shrink MY groups!
i have gone through 2 other barrels with .330 necks, this one just shoots better for meHow do you know since it was never a .330? Sounds like your justifying your choice not tested imformation. Jeff, I just went with a true no turn in 6PPC, no I don't skim or anything, shot a 261 first time out last week UBR (264 possible). So I'm pretty happy. I'll never have another barrel chambered in .262Ok, that makes sense to me now. Good shooting.

I started with the .330 .035 FB for my first 2 barrels, I have since gone to a .332nk 0 FB and like it better.Looked at every thread on this forum, and can’t seem to find anything. Sending my barrel off the the smith next week to have it chambered in 30br. (First 30br)
Question:
.330 or .332 neck? Does it matter, or are we splitting hairs? What is your 30br?
