Purchase decision

Stuff I love:
V3 FX120i Auto loader with trickler.
Two Dillon 550, one for large and one for small primers
RCBS RCII Rockchucker very old, very reliable
Harrells press
Giraud Trimmer
Dillon Media separator
Annie annealer
21st Century hand primer
Teslong Borescope
Labradar

Stuff I don't like
neck sizing dies. Have had several, replaced with full length sizers
been loading for 60 years, so I have got rid of most all the stuff that didn't work well.

Arbor press and inline seating dies, LNL press for the good.

Biggest regret is buying my first custom barrel and proper match rifle. I used to be happy shooting 1/2-3/4 moa groups from factory style rifles, setting up RCBS dies by just screwing them down to the shell holder and only measuring COAL and powder to the +/- 0.1gr. Now none of that will do, even for a hunting rifle, lol!

I like;
Co-Ax press, MEC press, V4 Autotrickler, 21st Century 3 way trim/neck turn lathe setup and mandrels, Forster dry neck lube brush kit and Datum Dial, Imperial sizing wax, still have a 43 yr old Rockchucker under the bench, still use a Forster trimmer too,and a Redding BR3, and a 12yr old Chargemaster 1500, 34 yr old Lyman 20lb pot and old Hornady M beam scale. Have 3 old round tray Lee hand primers, 1 new one and lots of spares, and a 21st Century that uses same trays. No preference on dies really, other than I want threaded decap rods.

Things I own, but, haven't used or done much with to judge yet,they were all on sale at a price I'd be silly not to take advantage of to try them out, tossed them on the cart while buying other stuff;
FA hand primer ( seems OK, heavy though)
RCBS bench primer
FA prep ctr w/o trimmer ( spins faster than my Hornady)
Forster bench primer (works OK-( need to use more often to get used to it.)

Me no likey;
Hornady Trim/Prep ctr, comtemplating cutting the trim tower off and keeping the prep ctr part, Seemed like a good idea at the time. Most of the things I bought in Hornady in the last 12 yrs were because I needed something in a hurry, they were handy, or thought I'd try it out, and I ended up regretting it, their QC leaves a lot to be desired. Newer Lee priming tools don't impress me, RCBS trim-pro 2 trimmer doesn't impress me.

#1 is the super trickler set up, it’s amazing to use and super fast. There could be a lot of items on this list though

Least favorite is probably the RCBS rebel kit. I like the press but there’s a lot of stuff that I have replaced/don’t use

In all honesty, the two things that I am going to name are not on my bench, but above them. The first is a shelf with a built in bluetooth speaker. Pop a podcast on and get to reloading.
The second is the LED light strip that is attached to the bottom of that shelf. It lights up my bench nicely so I can accurately read the fine print in the loading manuals, on the bullet boxes, on the powder cans, and most importantly, makes it able to see that one primer that always tries to get away.
LED light is magic. I leave mine on 24h.

Yep kinda take fun out

Just curious, what don't you like about the LNL bushing conversion? I have one for my RCBS Summit, and can't imagine NOT having it. I will say I like Lee's Breech Lock system better, but no major complaints about the Hornady.
They are great for pistols and progressive presses. The system has good enough alignment, but they get loose in the press bushing. It seems like they start very tight, but wear with each use. Using them in multiple presses makes that worse, IME…..where threads are just slower.

What’s the thing on your reloading bench that your 100% happy with
and what’s the thing on your bench if you had it to do over again you would have gone a different route
Another + for both the Forster COAX press (which I’ve owned for 25 years plus) and AutoTrickler V4 which I just bought this spring. Both are 100%.

Thanks for the recommendation of the Dillon media separator. Looks to be made better than the others. Scheel’s has it for $89 with free shipping.https://www.scheels.com/p/dillon-precision-cm-500-case-separator/60982421045.html#tt-reviews-list
