March majesta scope

They started to ship them July 18th.
Was told it usually takes, one to two weeks to get here and clear customs.
Then they have to go to your dealer, then the dealer has to ship them out to you.
So at 2 weeks, that would be Aug. 1st and then ship out to the customers.
So maybe a few more days to another week before you start seeing some
in peoples hands.
I'm sure someone will let us know when they get one.

Update.
I was informed my dealer in the US has received his first shipment of Majesta's today.
I would assume others will be showing up this week at others.
So guessing someone will have one in hand by the end of the week...

I'm in the 1st shipment; The scopes hit the dealer Monday, UPS is going out to me today and I should have it in my hands Tuesday 8/8. Tracking number given to me yesterday.
There were some Majestas at the monthly match yesterday. Several shooters were expecting their Majestas this week. I guess there will be quite a few at the September match. There will be quite a gaggle of them at the Nationals.
it's going to be nice for Yinz to have that extra power when
it can be used. With using a new 10-60x56 High Master, It's
been so soupy up here in my region, I'm down on 40 power
most relays. One particular relay, I was down on 18 power to

I wish Cat prices were high but meow on, I would like to look through one I'm sure they are nice, I have a 40x60 HM I like itI'd love to test drive one of these. Anyone want to buy a kidney?

I did this Sunday at Bayou in Houston, I set mine on 55x and set Denys on 55x and it was a little soupy out and the March was better than the NF to me it made the black stand out more and definitely made the white scoring rings brighter..if that makes sense
All good scopes do really well when the conditions are great. It's when the conditions get bad that differences in optical performance emerge.
The NF Competition is an excellent scope. When you compare it to the Majesta at the same power setting, you will notice that the FOV of the Majesta is substantially larger than the Comp's. The AAOV of the Majesta is 25° to the Comp's 19°. At 1000 yards and at 55X (the maximum for the Comp), the FOV of the Majesta is 23.8 meters (78ft) and the FOV of the Comp is 18.0 meters (59ft).
The riflescopes show us a circle, not just a line, so the area of the view at 55X is 4,778 sqft for the Majesta and 2,734sqft for the Comp. This makes the FOV of the Majesta 75% larger than the one for the Comp at the same magnification.
Put another way, the Majesta at 70X has the same FOV as the NF Comp at 55X.
Or yet another way, the Majesta at 55X has the same FOV as the NF Comp at 41X.
The FOV of the Majesta is the second largest of any scope on the planet, of which I am aware. The current champion is the March-FX 5-42X56 HM with an AAOV of 26°. The Majesta, the March Genesis 6-60X56, and the March-FX 4.5-28X52 HM are next at 25°. Then below that you have one Tangent Theta, one S&B, a couple Vortex, and a couple Swaros at 24°, all low mag FFP scopes. Of all the SFP scopes that I know, the Majesta is King of FOV.
I was shooting at 80X on Sunday and the FOV of the Majesta at 80X is 53.5ft. Compare that to the 58ft of the Comp at 55X.
I will have more to say about wide-angle FOV, as I get used to it, but suffice it to say that it's a palpable difference and once you're used to it, you never want to go back to the tunnel vision of lesser scopes. The Kahles users will be the most surprised.
People like to say that all eyes are different. That's not a correct statement. The more correct one would be "people see things differently." The reason for that is the brain has a huge part to play in what you think you are seeing. If you have been using the same scope for a while now, looking through another one, especially one with the massive FOV increase like the Majesta, may be quite an experience but your brain will rapidly get accustomed to the new scope.
The Super ED glass in the Majesta retards the inevitable IQ degradation brought on by the mirage, and that's to what Otis was referring. The black stays better defined, and the rings are more distinct.
And the Majesta goes to 80X, and that's like shooting at a target 38 feet away.

How about if you screw in the 0-set? You can use a coin, but if you look at the little black Allen wrench doodad, you will see that the wing on it fits the 0-set slot nicely.I did just find one problem with the Majesta, it won't fit in my Plano air glide case.
I'm using x high scope rings and with the height of this turret it hits the handle on the
inside.
Also, I don't think that's a problem with the Majesta, it's more an issue with the Piano case, or the rings.
Now that is a chunk of scope!
