Arken customer service

Quick question. For those that deal with Arken alot, how long does it usually take to get a response back for a email ? Or what's the best time to call them to speak to someone?
 
My good friends son worked customer service for them left a few weeks ago. I would think it might take a bit to get someone and get them up to speed on their products.
 
Mr. James Mason is the guy I deal with. He always returns my inquiry quickly.

I haven’t had to deal with their customer service, hopefully I never will. The 3 I have are doing a great job. I even bought another one with their current sale, tough to beat the value. I know where they are made but I also know a couple of our vets own Arken and I’m happy to support them.

My only return was a damaged scope in the mail. It was replaced immediately once I contacted James.
 
I have sent questions on Sundays and a holidays when I first decided to give them a try. I have ALWAYS received a response in 24 hours or less.
I was impressed to say the least. Reply always stated in effect, don’t hesitate to email questions or comments.
I have dealt with several companies that have been in business for a long time with terrible response times to no response.

FYI I ordered #5 scope from them yesterday.

Good choice. I have purchased 8 personally and ordered half dozen or so as a dealer. No issues.
 
Bill, I would have purchased through you, but my GS became a dealer for them after they looked through mine and shot them on my rifle. ;-) I have sent several folks your way though.

My GS didn’t think they would move very well. They are a fair bit of equipment for the $$$.
I believe he has sold close to 80-100 since he got on board with them.

I really think if they had a 3-9 or 4-12 that was not a monster, a hunting optic with a good reticle they could do well with those as well. Heck I would not be against a straight 5-6X on some of my hunting rigs.

Do you still have a email for him I need to get ahold of someone with Arken I have the epl4 6x24x50 I need to get fixed or replaced I have been sending emails to the email I found online with no response thanks in advance
 
Good luck. I emailed them a couple months ago to see if they would swap out rings for the 1pc mount I got with my EP5 scope.
I still haven't received a response. I just bought another set of rings for it.
