My only return was a damaged scope in the mail. It was replaced immediately once I contacted James.I haven’t had to deal with their customer service, hopefully I never will. The 3 I have are doing a great job. I even bought another one with their current sale, tough to beat the value. I know where they are made but I also know a couple of our vets own Arken and I’m happy to support them.

Good choice. I have purchased 8 personally and ordered half dozen or so as a dealer. No issues.I have sent questions on Sundays and a holidays when I first decided to give them a try. I have ALWAYS received a response in 24 hours or less.
I was impressed to say the least. Reply always stated in effect, don’t hesitate to email questions or comments.
I have dealt with several companies that have been in business for a long time with terrible response times to no response.
FYI I ordered #5 scope from them yesterday.

My GS didn’t think they would move very well. They are a fair bit of equipment for the $$$.
I believe he has sold close to 80-100 since he got on board with them.
I really think if they had a 3-9 or 4-12 that was not a monster, a hunting optic with a good reticle they could do well with those as well. Heck I would not be against a straight 5-6X on some of my hunting rigs.
