The email that is located at the Arken Optics website is info@arkenopticsusa.com This is the only one I see. Dealers have a different method of communication with dealer services. I have reported the complaints.

They are swamped right now because of the usps shipping issue folks wanting to know where their scope is. Give it time they will get to you awesome product awsome CS
