All these set ups sounds like they are for initial forming, do you have to run the brass through all 3 dies for resizing after they have already been fired in a 20p chamber?

Ive not neck sized before, does this also bump the shoulder back?

No, a neck sizing bushing die will not size the body or move the shoulder of the case only the neck. Only move shoulder brass when needed.

It really depends on the chamber you have. I have a 20P X Caliber barrel, and just neck sizing does not work for this chamber, the brass does not easily chamber (stiff bolt closure) and when out in the field, it's not something you want to deal with, so I FL size with appropriate bushing.

My recommendation is after you fire new brass and your sure its completely formed to your chamber, FL size everytime with a min. of .002 bump.
I like .0025- .003.
