20 practical?

I was wondering if i could use the 20 tactical dies for the 20 practical, i would only get the neck sizer and seater dies? any help would be great . i have 223 lee collet dies should i buy the innards for a 204 ruger and try that? davey

To do the 20 prac you need bushing dies like the type S. Not saying a modified collet die wont do it, but the reddings are the way to go.

The lee seater would more than likely work though.

The practical is an awesome little round- its possibly the best fox hunting calibre Ive used.

Yeah, me too for the Redding dies. I'm just getting my .20 Practical built now, and busting to get into it !
I've got heaps of .223 brass ready to go and figure the better quality dies will pay in the longrun. The Lee .223 seating die apparently works fine for the practical though, so you may be better off just buying a single die with the bushes. Whatever, good luck and fun shootin :) :)
