How many 6.5Grendel AR shooters are on this forum?

The 6.5Grendel forum as of 2-22-23 is no longer accessible to me, privacy issues, my computers security system will no longer open up the site, so I hope we have some folks here who shoot this cartridge,

This is good to know!!! I've been playing around with this cartridge since 2017, and I'm just getting it figured out, but I also have not had a lot of time to work with it either, WORK LOL!!!

I have one and the grandson has one. He shoots factory Hornady 123 gr SSTs. I shoot 95 gr Hornady VMax and Hornady 123 gr SSTs, both over H335 powder. We went to the Grendel due to the 223 not doing that well on hogs.

I couldn’t get on the 6.5 Grendel site either. Hopefully they’ll fix the issue.

From what I have gotten from my security warnings, is the site is unsecure and someone is trying to get access to my username and passwords and CC info, or whatever information they can use? so, I have tried to open up the forum for the last 2 days andmy computer blocks the site! it's a shame!!!

I've had a 24" AR version since 2011. Boringly accurate with 123 Amax and recently 123 ELD-M over several powders. Back when I was a regular contributor to the 65grendel forum, it always seemed like it wanted just a little more energy behind it. Volume limitations often kept good candidate powders on the outside looking it. That and not exceeding magazine length limits. Some new powders, at least for me, have opened up opportunities. I admit, my trusty 65G hasn't seen much attention since I transitioned to bolt actions.

I built one for my daughter a few years ago, its the most consistently accurate rifle I own other than my 6 BR. I mention I might sell it and she gets all defensive and stuff.

Long time Grendel owner and 65forum member. Was getting same site feedback as y’all. Hope they’re able to resolve issue and avoid future occurrences. Member on SnipersHide as well, and they’re constantly under attack from Asian hackers-almost every day. Someone trying to identify gun owners in the US?

I do also. I wondered what the heck was wrong. I want to love the Grendel but I have not been able to get any of the ones I built to group to suit me. Don’t know if it’s a ar thing or cartridge thing

DLT-don’t give up on the Grendel. I have several that are near the most acccurate amongst a group of pretty accurate rifles-bolt or AR platform.

I built one for my wife with a 20”BHW barrel. Running 8208 and 100grn nosler bt. Hogs and deer no problem. And one of the most accurate ARs I’ve built.

I have a couple. I have shot deer, lots of pigs, a few coyotes , a couple of bob cats, and a few crows. They are fuuuuuun!
