I bought a bunch of N140 when it was available hoping it works out in my new Dasher. Haven’t tested yet. Plan on getting down to it after the fall hunting season. Fingers crossed!

I works very well in my Dasher, my load is a little higher then normal, as the barrel is aged and the throat has lengthened quite a bit, my normal load lessened by over 125fps. I would start out with comparable Varget load weights.

N140 worked well in my 6br. I shot 95 gr bibs and 95 gr Bergers. The 105 vlds liked n540 better.

I started at 29.2 gr of N540 and worked up to 30.4 gr. at 30.4 gr, I got about 2800 FPS, no pressure signs at all. My rifle is an 8 twist, 26 inch Bartlein on a Defiance Rebel action.
Edit: now that the weather is a little cooler, I had to go up to 30.7 grs of n540 to stay in the node . The velocity sweet spot in my rifle, for the 105s is in the low 2800s fps.
