Marlin Mod 60, 22 LR. This one was my Father's. When he passed we divied up his guns. My sis got this one, 1996 was the year. Not sure when my Dad bought it, but the serial dates it to 1983, which is the first year of Marlin w/o the Glenfield designation. Also has the 18 round magazine. As far as I know my Dad didn't shoot it much as he kept it at his cabin. My sis put it away and forgot she even had it. I called her, and "borrowed " it. It had the Tasco 4X15 pencil scope on it and hit the mark still. I replaced it with a Nikon scope. Took a while to figure out the bolt lock back. Need to clean the bore and oil it a bit. Looking forward to hunting small game with it.
