What I don't want is a warmed over Mauser. After that, the idea of a straight pull really tickles my pickle but it's not the be all end all. I'm really starting to warm up on the notion of the AI ASR. Then I have only 1 rifle scope to deal with. The ASR in 6SLR, 6.5CM, .308win, 300NM and 338NM. That would handle pretty much all of my shooting needs except for a lightweight hiking rifle which I could just as easily deal with with a Sako 85 in 6.5x55AI.

Butch, its a fancy chassis rifle that comes with 3 barrels, 5 mags, bolts for each caliber, cleaning kit, maintenence tools, and a case, all for the price of a new base model Honda.
