Looking for 224 Valkyrie mags

Looking for metal Box magazines on the AICS pattern, I have several polymer MDT but I'm looking for metal magazines that fit an MPA chassis. They need to accept a 2.40" oal cartridge.

Dont know about the AICS mags, but in AR mags, Grendel and ARC mags are used with the Valkyrie. I'd look to see if they offer mags in those calibers. Should be the same mag. Hope this helps.

I wish good mags for the Valkyrie were more available. My MDT plastics are lousy. I ended up making a redesigned follower for mine. Good luck. If you find a source for metal mags please post it.

Dunno about AICS mags for those calibers. If you can find a 7.62x39, those might work.
As far as AR mags, I cannot really tell the difference, geometry wise, between mags I have for 224V, 6.5G, and 6.8 SPC. C-Products and ASC are both OK, but in my experience, always load they work best if loaded one short of full capacity.
PRI mags are simply the best, hands down.

Ordered an Accurate Mag 223 metal box mag and loaded up some 2.36" 224 Valkyrie. AICS pattern.

They all cycled chambered and ejected. Next up I'll take it to the range.

If that works, I'll do a full report.

I just purchased the Dura-Mag 6.8/.224 10 rounder for my new valkyrie. understand it has the longest interior for loading the rounds as long as possible. Metal and well made. Dont have any range reports yet. Joebob outfitters has good prices.
