168's and 284 using H4350, H4831Sc or VV Powders

Hi.

Are there any classic F-Class match loads for the 168 VLD in the straight 284 using H4350, H4831Sc or VV powders from the time before 180's? These powders I have either in-stock or can get. Not interested in Re17 powder.

Normally I shoot 180's but I have a large amount of 7mm jackets to make 168's and want to use them up for practice and club matches.

Most of the info I got from searches related to hunting loads or Re17 powder.

My 284 win likes sierra 168's and vv 160 powder. It also likes 180 sierra mk and R26.
