Which powder for 162-168gr in 284 Shehane?

Most people reach for H4831SC in their 284 or Shehane for the 180 grainers. Is this still the powder of choice for the 162 Amax or 168 Berger's or is H4350 a better choice?

For me, definitley H4350. I use with 180s as well, but for sure with the 168s and 162s. Velocity sreads and fouling are best with the light pills with H4350 from what Ive seen.

I shoot both the 180gr Bergers and the 162gr Amax bullets using H4831SC. I use 1 grain more powder for the 162gr Amax which gives me approx 3000fps from my 32" barrel. I use 57.0gr for the 180gr for 2930fps and 58.0gr with the 162gr Amax. These loads are safe and without pressure signs in my rifle but use caution and work up to these loads.
