Vibratory case cleaners

I purchased the large (18#) Harbor Freight tumbler a number of years ago, after about a year, the lower bearing failed. After replacing it with an angular contact bearing from Mcmaster Carr, I have had no further problems.

Still using a Lyman 1200 purchased in 86 or 87. Just bought another a few months ago, bet my old one will still be running when I'm not.

How do the Cabellas’s tumblers hold up? I believe they were made by Berry’s.
I got a new one on the shelf that I bought several years ago and haven’t fired it up for my rifle brass yet.

Buy a Thumlers. They are hands down the best at the price point in my opinion. I own a UV18 and 3 UV45's.

I would not recommend the Dillon. I had access to one to try (it was the big one, not sure which model). It did not perform well vs. the Thumlers. The bowl shape does not seem to encourage the media to flow around the bowl. It took much longer to produce the same result as the Thumlers.

Another advantage to the Thumblers is should you ever need it, you can get parts support. On my dry tumblers all I have needed are lid gaskets. I purchased the wrong model rotary tumbler and they were able to help me out with the correct motor. Customer service is first rate.

There are times where my tumblers may run up to 16 or more hours a day. Mine have all held up without any issues. You get what you pay for.

My rather new rcbs cleaner is about had it. I have replace both bearings only because I had some. So I will be looking for one shortly. What do you guys out recommend.

Ed
I know it sounds crazy but the Cabela's brand tumbler is great I have been using mine for years with no problems.... They are not expensive either and come with some Corncob media and the product to add to it to increase the shine if you want to add it... At one time I think they were made by the people who make Berry's bullets.... I think I bought mine in 2012.... Pushing a decade....
