I’ve been using the Dillons, have the big one and the 750. They’ve been great. Tried the Frankford Arsenal, besides being a bit small it didn’t do as good a job. I had a Dillon for 20+ years and went back to it.

I bought a used Midway (blue tub) in 2002 (??) tumbled a LOT .204, .223, .22/250. .6BR, .22BR.....still going. (I have a new Lyman 1200 as a backup..)

SR737 nano, bought one used, works like a champ. very high quality but I have never used another kind or brand. I think it is out of production, but I would definitely buy it again.

I use the wet method for initial cleaning with the primers out. After running through the sizing die, then they go in the Dillon tumbler for about 45 minutes or so. This removes all the sizing lube from the brass.
