Burris XTR II, 4-20 Mil (TMR style) Reticle...

What did you pay for it? I just scored a H59 XRS2 for 1,058 shipped from midway. I know the XTR3 is a big set up in quality but they run in the 1500$ ballpark

I have the XTR II 8-40x50 F-Class MOA and like it a lot. I have 2, both obtained for $800 - One was a Black Friday deal and the other was bought used on this site. The only real surprise is that there is only +/-15 MOA of windage, but it does have 70 MOA of elevation. The limited windage isn't much of a problem since the reticle allows precisely holding off +/-20 MOA. One nice feature is that elevation runs 0-70 MOA, so you don't have to translate come-ups on a scale that runs +/-35 MOA. I have one on a Magnum RPR in .338 Lapua and have fired over 600 rounds with no issues. I use XTR Signature rings, so I'm able to get my zero very close to mechanical center.

Well, I'm an FFL and have an account with Lipseys, so I paid less than 800 for it.

I hope it's a good'n.

Just bought the scope for my FTR. My offsider has one too. Both FFP fans.

I should receive the first one tomorrow, according to tracking info. I'll let everyone know what I think of it when it arrives.

I have used my friends scope - and liked it. Certainly a cut above my Sightron ( which has since broke...). I haven't shot with mine yet - still waiting for my Barnard action to get a barrel on. Actually the other way round...waiting for my barrel to get an action on! Ill post when I get sorted.

I received the 4-20 today. First impressions are... it looks good. Clarity is good. The exit pupil is only 2mm so the eye has to be positioned perfectly behind the scope.

I'll probably put this one on my AR-10. I'm still waiting on the mount/rings from Brownells.

I'll post another update when I get it mounted and have some photos.

I received the 5-25 scope today. I'm liking both of 'em.

Is the glass as good as a three thousand dollar US Optics scope? Nope. But its pretty darned good, and plenty good for my casual shooting.

The 5-25 has an illuminated reticle also. the optics planet price was actually lower than I paid for the 4-20 through Lipseys. It just too good of a deal to pass up.

I have decided the 4-20 will go on my PSA AR-10. The 5-25 will go on my Howa .300 WinMag project.

I got it mounted. With the optic fixed in place and my head still, I am impressed with the quality of this glass.

Here is how she looks.
