Having worked in Electronics for 47 years, I made one change to this person's design. Instead of switching the annealer's AC using the timer's output, I wired in one of these Solid State Relay to turn on the power to the annealer and use the output from the timer to switch on the SSR. Less wear and tear on the timer's relay contacts. Simple mod.

Thinking of buying the Annealeez machine. Not sure what extra wheel I should use for 6.5 PRC and 7mm WSM ?
Got calipers ?

from their web site

Longer than 2.5″ with a diameter between 0.5″ and 0.625″ Large Case Kit

Between 1.25″ and 2.0″ long with a diameter less than 0.5″ Small Case Kit

Shorter than 2.0″ with a diameter between 0.5″ and 0.625″ Super Short Magnum Kit

First Annealeez, now AMP worth every penny. I don't like having an open flame in my home near my reload room, some will say many things about me for this but after working fires for 35 years, yea, AMP.
Exactly the same for me I started with an annealeez I didn’t like the flame constantly changing don’t like gas containers in my house I now have an amp and I’m very pleased with it4F616F81-4FCF-4B1D-AB41-44687E799302.jpeg

I use a homemade one. I'm sure these plans are posted in a lot of places, but the guy who started it all is from Australia. I use an adjustable regulator on the 20 lb tank so flame control is good, and repeatable, so setting up each time is about 3 test cases and I'm running.

No, it's not picked up unless you nudge the brass downward while the notch is below a piece.

I'll PM you a video.
I have been using the Annealeez just about since it first came out and since I anneal after each firing it has been used a lot and I have not had any of the brass fail to feed. Since I use mainly 6mmBR and 6.5x47 and some .308 I can't speak for other size brass.

I asked Annealeez if they knew of a mod for my issue, sine they’ve redesigned the hopper in later revisions. They never replied.

Check it out. Cost to build is around $350 to $400. Video is on page one, Schematic on page 110 (schematic was deleted from page 1 by Accurate Shooter, during a software upgrade)

Just came out with the new EP integrations "EP 2.0 annealer", that can easily anneal from 300blk to 50bmg without having to add OR remove any parts & adjusts from cartridge to cartridge in under 30 seconds. Crazy easy, and affordable annealing shipped for $268 lower 48 states. We just uploaded them to the website and are selling out fast. Keep an eye out on website if you miss your opportunity.
