Rl15/6 bra and 108 Berger’s

I have a 29” kreiger with 8 twist and am looking for some starting load data for the 108 Berger’s . I am fireforming with 29.0 but this is my first go with the bra. I shoot 600 and 1k benchrest,,,thanks for any input!

Anywhere near 29 - 30 Varget should do well with any of the 6 BR variants for starting loads.

You will have to run the typical charge and seating depth tests from there in order to see what your particular rig likes.

Yeah,got a bunch of rl15,not much varget

No worries, cause RE15 runs about the same for starting loads, in the neighborhood of 29 to 30.5 worked for 6 Dasher using 105s to 110s for fireforming.

First you can rule out RL-16 and I was up to 32+ gr. of RL-15 and a cci450 primer and no issues, I would look for H4895...... With the 110's I used H4350 with some success ...... Light bullets 8208XBR is the best.... jim

This pretty much sums it up. I have gone up to 34 in my Dasher with no pressure signs, other than primer pocket not holding up. I would start at 32 and work up.

It shot ok in the Br Imp. but I'm not looking for OK...
