Exactly, can you imagine the quality and fit and finish of the Rumilin Guns? IDK if it will ever get mack to the old JM Marlin guns but the Remlin guns while accurate and function well are kinda roughCall me an optimist, but I can't wait to see what Ruger can do with the Marlin line.

Ruger is paying $30 million for Marlin
Sierra $30.5 Mil for Barnes
I tried to find something about Dakota but got a head ache.
There was another Roundhill Group that is shown dissolved in 2017. There is also a Roundhill Capital which appears to be based in UK. The "backup" list is Huntsman and Century Arms. I wonder what role they will ultimately play in controlling a new company to produce Remington products?Google the principal for Roundhill listed in the document. I think you might find it to be a hedge fund based in FL.

Yeah. Intriguing. Looking at Roundhill's website, operating a mfg facility of any kind is way out of their area. I did see Roundhill is expanding into commercial space - but the factory in NY doesn't look like it's prime - especially the area. I'm not aware of a booming trend in upstate NY for mfg. They report it is indeed the property management group from VA that won the bid.
