22BR and twist rate

recently acquired a 22BR with 1:7 twist 25" barrel (rechambered from a .223). Is this twist too fast for a 52g Berger FB Varmint bullet? Based on multiple dirt splatters at the range today (Central Texas; 92*, 59% humidity) it seemed bullets were disintegrating before they got to the 100Y line. Loads were in the 3500 fps range using Varget. Would dropping down into the 3000-3200 fps range make a difference, or are they just being spun too fast? Although 80g Berger VLD Targets worked without issue today, I would also like to have a load in the 52g-65g bullet range.

YEP THAT WANT WORK OVERSPIN OR ITS NEVER WORKED FOR ME THE 65GR ARE IFFY BUT 75GR TO 90 GR WILL WORK MY 7 TWIST LOVES 80'S AND 90'S OUT OF A 223 ACKLEY
