House arrest!

... uh... it IS illegal.

Post the law.. It is Not in illegal Texas.. I had some really beautiful gal have unprotected sex with some looser. Well his wife came home and he would not let her in.. Long story but she called us(The Police) and I could not help her get in but I advised her how to get in. Once in she found the afore mentioned gal inside. She packed her shit and told the gal I am not mad at you but he and I are done. Did he tell you he was HIV positive? I hope you made him use protection. The side chick turned ghostly white and damn near collapsed. I called homicide they said, You just have an assist the public call. I said they repealed the law requiring them to notify sexual partners. They told me yes I "Violated HIPPA Laws" so his right to keep his medical issues to himself trumped her right to be informed.. Unless another Supreme Court case has decided other wise, it is not illegal.

There is no Law Higher than the Constitution... Period end of story. I posted the four powers given to the government previously... Making me stay home was not one of them..

Tell me why then is it not illegal for a person with HIV to have unprotected sex with another person and is not required to inform them of their illness...?

In 19 states, laws require persons who are aware that they have HIV to disclose their status to sexual partners and 12 states require disclosure to needle-sharing partners. Several states criminalize one or more behaviors that pose a low or negligible risk for HIV. Penalty can be up to 20 years.

Texas was not one of them.. I concede that point..
Edit: So not illegal in every state. Less than half.. I still concede that point..

There was something on Fox yesterday about somebody doing an exchange... I have to wonder for what? New for 'previously owned?'
I would trade some TP for some anti-bacterial soap. Just used the last of a bottle. Went to my storage closet to get one of the bottles I bought at Sam's. It is a sanitizer without the soap.

There are tens of thousands of federal laws. Each state probably has a similar numbers. Then there are city ordinances etc.

The United States is a country of laws - which is fantastic. It separates us from banana republics and third world dictatorships.

The US constitution is the measuring stick against which the validity of other laws are ultimately measured (by the supreme court if push comes to shove).

This does not mean that if something is not explicitly spelled out in the constitution it is not the law of the land, far from it. The US constitution contains 7,591 words including amendments (assuming my hastily found google source is correct). To think that anything not included in those 7,591 words is not part of US laws is nonsensical. There are hundreds of thousands of federal and state laws across the United States. People living in the jurisdictions where those laws are in effect are subject to those laws - even though they are not included in the 7,591 words of the US constitution!

I loaded up on the anti-bacterial soap bars and liquid body soap after deer season at Wallyworld. They were practically giving the stuff away. My wife thought I was goofy. She's not laughing now.

If Hillary Clinton is above the law so are the rest of us.. But the Constitution was written to Limit Government, not the people...

The Hillary thing is referring to destruction of evidence and using un-secure server.. I am just going to do as I wish... Luck for most folks I don't leave the ranch to much..

Any one here own your own house? I bet no one does... Yup I am picking a fight to prove a point. This is not how our founding fathers wanted this country run... They wanted people to be Free...

Ok, I concede that the States have the right to make what ever law they determine to be proper as long as it does not conflict with the States Constitution. They can tell business how to run and when they can and can not operate. That is their right. Afforded to them by the US Constitution. We fought a war over States Rights. I am going to have to read my current States Constitution... Here is the deal I don't like being told what to do.. I prefer to be and react better when asked... I get a bit grumpy when someone tells me I have to do something and I react rather poorly to it. I was a model soldier though it was my job, my duty and my honor..

No, you just pay tax. A tax on property. Just like any other tax except it is a tax on wealth. Spend that wealth and you pay sales tax. Make a gain on that wealth and you pay capital gains tax. Taxes pay for things. The level of tax take and how taxes are spent depend in large part on those elected or hired to manage those finances. But they're still just taxes. You own your ranch. But if you don't pay the tax you owe you risk forfeiting assets (including the ranch).

You are wrong. I have one home that I owe a very small amount on. Bank keeps wanting me to refinance, but that would actually cost me more when all of the fees are added in. That house payment is approx. $200.00/month. I own numerous other homes, all free and clear. One credit card that is paid off multiple times per month, via bank transfer. As to taxes, the money for our country's infrastructure has to come from somewhere. I enjoy driving on roads that won't swallow my car or truck. I suspect that the Founding Fathers have no problems with what I have amassed using their rules. I for one feel blessed to be born in this country.
