NoWelll....anyone wanna buy a lightly used Frankford Arsenal ???![]()
I'm sure it'll sell, but I don't see the appeal. For ~$800 you're still getting a strain gauge scale, that's about 50-60% slower than an auto throw, and you've got a bunch of wonky codes and modes to deal with.
I like the compact size and the portability of it (I like that about my CM1500/CM Lite too), but if the goal is speed an accuracy, it doesn't seem to approach the level of an FX, meanwhile the price is right up there.
Edit: That and the whole drain system has you picking up the unit to dump powder. That just fundamentally seems like a bad idea; If I picked up my 120i and didn't set it back down EXACTLY where it was, it'd be reading off.
My 2c.
I would love to have an A&D FX-120i, but am having trouble justifying the $470 for it.Lol , for $800 I will continue to use my scoop and trickle up
Yes 'cause I may have 2 to sell! One still NIB LOLNo one, anywhere, ever?
Comonman! Not the listYer off my Christmas card list.
Maybe if I shot serious competition but I can't either... I shoot way more pistol than rifle and even my rifle loads are done on a 10/10 scale and my pistol on a Dillon with a digital scale BcZ was nice enough to give me to help speed things up with spot checking powder weights.... For my big rifle I use a scoop and trickle up and get what I want and with practice it's about as fast as a charge master or it is compared to the videos I have seen anyway.... There's plenty of people using those scales and love them and plenty using a charge master and really what's not to like... I want both but can't justify either... I promise you when my groups open up it's not the ammo...lolI would love to have an A&D FX-120i, but am having trouble justifying the $470 for it.
Yup the list, and your on the very top of my list.Comonman! Not the list![]()
