Another "vote" for constricting the outflow tube(s) - on my Hornady, certain powders throw quite good, but others tend to clump, and then instead of just one or two kernels, dropping, a whole bunch will fall out and cause the over throw. In most stick powders, 2 kernels is 0.1 gr...
On my Hornady, I used a rubber "grip" on a cheap ballpoint pen that fit nicely over the tube and produced a much smaller exit - get much less over throws, but they still happen...
