Rimfire Reamer Specs

Of these 3 reamer specs, what would rank in terms of consideration/importance, for a prone rifle?
Web diameter?
Neck diameter?
Case length?
Or, would an 'ammo specific' reamer be the best consideration??

Wrong question unless you for some reason want to invent your own design.
There are plenty of proven match chamber reamers.
Ask a few folks/couple smiths.
Go over to Rimfire Accuracy , Kevin Nevius has posted a fair amount on his methodology.

Length, Neck, Web.

The length of the reamer determines how much of the bullet gets engraved, if any, and is in my opinion the most important of THOSE three.

Send me your email, and I'll shoot over a spreadsheet of reamer comparisons...there were maybe 20 on the list when I compiled it.

Out of the 15-17 I played with , the win 52D is the easiest to get to shoot for a wider brand of ammo . After that was the Anschutz, PTG match , and I forget past that . I've got a list of reamer specs but only know how to email . Pm me your email if wanted .
Bill Calfee excellent design has parallel sides and is great but I'm not sure anyone but himself can use it . Private property more or less .
With all the money in reamers , I've learned if you have a a sporter reamer you can improve it a lot by just going short , short enough to engrave the driving bands of the std vel ammo your going to use . Not as good as having all the specs of a match reamer but close .

There are dozens of Calfee reamers used by scores of smiths/shooters
Simply call your favorite reamer maker and order one.

I have my smith use this on barrels I want done. Kevin did a lot of research over 3+ years to come up with specific engraving depth for Lapua ammo, reamer is based on Bill Myer's design. makes finding lots that much easier.
