Not having great success with the 104 - 108 class bullet so I want to try a lighter bullet.
I saw a post on this and can't find it now. Can someone help me out posting there favorite load using these components.
thanks Don

Thanks Bart. I saw a few loads posted a while back and now I can't find them [ yup used search ]. I would like a good starting point if no one has any chocolate icecream :}
thanks

Can't anyone give me a good starting point as I don't have a range nor time to start at the bottom testing. I have some Bart 66 ultras to start with. Or should I abandonee the idea ?

Most everyone with 1:8 twist is probably throated long and happily shooting 105 class bullets.

My 1:12 twist shoots ragged holes with every bullet between 55 and 70 grains and I’ve tried, but it’s also set up with 0 freebore.

Personally I would try H322 or H335 with those lighter bullets. Your seating depth options will likely be limited to a pretty long jump but that doesn’t necessarily mean it won’t shoot.

Good luck!!

Try Bart’s 80 Dominator, 31.6 to 32 grains of 8208 at + 6-12.
