Anschutz 54 Match Value

Can anyone help me with the pricing on a Anschutz 54 Match. It has a rail on it and adjustable stock, as well as a rail in the bottom of the fore end.

Does serial number help dictate value? What information from the serial number is needed to get the information needed?

Not significantly. A minor factor may be if the serial number ends with an X. In that case it’s usually called a 1600 series (1607, 1611, etc... dependent on stock configuation) instead of a 1400 series. The major impact on value is that certain replacement parts are no longer available from the manufacturer.

I second rimfirecentral. I had a Anschutz 54 Supermatch and it is one of the weapons I regret getting rid of. Very good shooting rifle and it had pretty wood on it.

Date of Manufacture is stamped onto barrel as two letters.

It's a xx11 series and looking at the trigger guard it might be an 1811 prone rifle
