Saying that he may have 75 moa with a published 70 moa model but he'll never see 100 moa like the Triji or NFs 34 mm tube scopes. I'm a big Sightron fan but it is what it is.

That is the least of my concerns, one being rock solid and holds point of impact means more. After all the NF. failing, I really don't look at them anymore... jim

It is a concern to guys shooting them we'll over a mile. Everyone has priorities in scopes. I think a good quality scope should have every good quality not just some.

They do. Can't speak for the Stryker's.

Ledd Slinger - Thank you for the excellent detailed insight into the Delta Stryker 5-50.

I was in the research phase and ready to pull the trigger and order one to replace the Ares ETR on my Vudoo mainly for 100/200 benchrest shooting.

The Delta MOA floating dot reticle looks great, though the Trijicon is similar to my Ares MOA reticle which works. Your comments on the Trijicon controls and their US warranty service make it the logical choice.

Have you or anyone actually had a chance to verify the 5-50 Trijicon controls are similar in feel to the 4.5-30? The Trijicon 5-50 has a capped windage turret vs the Delta's exposed. Does the Trijicon elevation turret lock?

My Trijicon 4.5-30x56 turrets dont lock. Just have zero stop. Havent had the chance to review the Triji 5-50, but I've never heard anything bad about it. If the 5-50 glass and controls are anything like my 4.5-30 ), it will make for one hell of a competition scope. The turrets on the 5-50 look identical to the 4.5-30 so I'm sure they are just as good.

Good to hear, I just ordered the 5-50 in MRAD for the floating dot reticle. I've been MOA for 45+ years but I did the math on the .05/ 1/20 Mil turrets and they're precise enough.

I was able to look through a friends Delta Stryker 5-50 MOA on Sunday at our range and it was very impressive glass at 200yds on 50x. The turrets were decent, though I prefer the feel of my Ares ETR turrets. The parallax was definitely sensitive in the 200yd range, hopefully the Trijicon's is better as that's the dial I use most during a match.

Again, thanks for your detailed review, hopefully I can confirm the 5-50 is comparable to the 4.5-30 for other potential buyers.​

No worry about the mess. Its just that there isnt much out there on the Triji 5-50x56 and if a person is Google searching, having it buried in a thread with a different title will make the information difficult to find. Thanks for the review. I'm headed there to read it again now. Hopefully you can continue adding updates as you use the scope more.

What do they weigh? We need something light with good features for hunting rifles. Theres nothing out there.

It weighs 1042 grams which is 2.3 pounds. This is heavy but for many disciplines it is acceptable. I am hoping to get one soon for review. James

I just bought the Trijicon Accupower 5-50x56 MOA for $1879.00 off AMAZON . But right now they have the MRAD Dot for $1599.00. I'm wondering why the MRAD Dot is a $280 bucks cheaper ? Anyhow I shoot in yards not meters . I already have a couple Mil/Mil scopes,don't need another. I wonder how this glass will compare to my Zeiss V6 5-30x50mm ?

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but thanks Leddslinger for the thorough review of the Delta Stryker. I am considering this scope for 50Y and 100Y .22 BR target shooting. I am 66 with poor eyesight. Can anyone that has used this scope tell me if you can see .22 holes in paper at 100Y? I can't see holes now with a 36X SII Sightron.

I have 2 Trigicon 5-50's , I can see 22 bullet holes at 600 yards

If your eyesight is so poor you cannot see holes with the SII, I don't think anyone can say for sure if the 5-50 will help. See if you can look through someones high quality scope, like a Nightforce, an SIII or such, and see if it helps. The 5-50 will gather a lot more light than your SII and that may help, but then it may not help enough. By the way, the 5-50 is super heavy! (if that matters)

For 50 to 100yds you should be just fine with rimfire. My aging eyes appreciate the optic.... FWIW - I use 1.25 readers to get clear distance vision and 3.00's for reading now.

At 200yds a black target won't allow you to see holes, orange and white are fine. I'll reverse a black target and put an orange dot on the cream colored paper to see impacts.

Scope arrived yesterday and I got it mounted, bore sighted, and zeroed at 50yds today. Packaging was very nice IMO. Including lens caps and nice flip-up covers, sunshade, neoprene scope cover, lens cloth and pen, and battery is appreciated. Initial impression is there is nothing I do not like...
