Ask the manufacturer - that works sometimes.I have a 10x UP Optics scope, love it, but sometimes the illuminated reticle doesn't work. I've tried new batteries and securing the holder down, but if doesn't work more often than it does.
Sounds like the illumination module is suffering from an iffy electrical connection. Probably needs replaced. Dunno if USO is still servicing those but I betcha they will.
Not the ones I remember! I think they are getting better, but they definitely had a few rough years with QC and durability. I know of a couple of guys that said "never again" to USO. They have first rate CS and always took good care of customers with warranty issues.USO is known for its tracking precision and ruggedness.
