Vortex PST Gen 2 issues

Anyone else have an issue the the new Vortex Gen 2 PST illuminated reticle?
I got mine in today and turned on the illuminated reticle and immediately noticed that on its higher setting you get a very large red blur that outlines the entire crosshairs its hard to explain and I tried to take a picture. but it's really bad when turned on

Did you adjust the ocular for that reticle picture at that illumination setting?
From low to high illumination, I wouldn't expect any scope to not need some ocular adjustment. Plus each individuals own eye sight, will very on what is seen for reticle picture. Personally, I've never needed a high amount of illumination and only use lower illumination settings.

Most illuminated reticles blur for me at higher settings, especially if not outdoors in full sun.
I am thinking you needed to adjust the ocular as well. Cover the front lens and adjust with the reticle lit to see if it clears up.

Yeah I've adjusted the ocular in every direction it doesn't change the red blur all around the reticle at all. I have two gen 2 razors and two gen 1 PST that look great illuminated. I'm assuming I might have got the 1 in a million that has an issue. The vortex guy told me he had never seen a tracking issue with the gen 2 razor, until the one I sent him. Said something just came loose and the fixed it. Vortex has a great warranty so I'm not concerned about sending it in. Was just curious if this has been an issue. Thanks for everyone's replies.

BTW I do not own a PST GII. That is my SOP for any illuminated reticle.
I do own PST GI's, Viper, Razor GII and Strike Eagle scopes. Vortex is indeed a top notch group of people.
