Wanted to sell an item, so in desperation I posted it at Snipers Hide??? What a day. Had 4 emails to my personal email address at home telling me I was way too high and what would I really take? I couldn't respond because I sold everything about 5 minutes before the emails started. Sent an email to the admins telling them to remove me, and everything about me from that forum. Rant off. How is everyone today? Hoping 2019 is better than 2018...Just saying.

Sometimes you have to deal with idiots. I sold something a couple years back and had it listed on a couple forums. It went quick and I went by the time somebody said they will take it. I had a fellow go bezerk way off the deep end who had sent me a pm. I mean really weird off the deep end like it was the end of the world because he did not get the item. I could only chaulk it up to he had not had his dose of meds yet for the day. If he had lived within reason of where I lived I would have asked him to meet me somewhere.
Most of my guns have camo Manners stalks. You've scarred me here, lolSnipers Hide? I would never be that desperate. If you want to have some fun, put up a post suggesting that painting a gun “camouflage “ is stupid and watch what happens.

I'm often challenged by these names. When I went through specialized long distance rifle training at Ft Benning, we steadfastly refused to be called snipers. We worked for ma bell and reached out, reached out to touch someone... By their count they have almost 800K snipers belonging there. My class started with 48 and graduated 18. Oh well. I shoot paper now.

It’s a different sort of place, for sure. If you wade through all the threads on “Can you get AI magazines in flat dark earth or do I have to cerakote them?”, you can find some gems of wisdom here and there. There’s a LOT of misinformation and noise to sort through, though. I find myself spending less and less time over there just because the signal to noise is so low.

Wow, sounds like Craigslist.
If someone is overpriced, they will figure it out on their own. However, I would never be offended if someone contacted me privately and respectfully suggested my asking price was high, especially if they included a link or two to prove it.
This is why I find myself spending ZERO time over there now. Wading through the BS and circumnavigating around the dick measuring contests got to be tedious.
