Ah! Thanks for remembering. I can’t shoot my new old 7x57 without them!
I got a primercatcher here that I would like to give away. It is the model for the Rock Chucker IV/Supreme that works with a case ejector/kicker (case kicker not included).
Every once in a while, I print a few catchers with "leftover" plastic, so this one has some green and black in it and the slot fillers are different color as well - does not impact functionality at all though.

The metal part over the ram in the picture is a case kick/case ejector (not my design). It pushes the shell out when you lower the ram, so no need to manually remove it from the shell holder.
You are correct that the standard version has the tube on the right hand side - to allow the usage of the case kicker, I changed the design on this one so the tube is not in the way.
