Your Hired "I don't see a problem. We use stocks that can be inlet for any action. Custom trigger guards are standard fare. Most mags can be fitted with a follower.
Your Hired "
How would you solve the feeding issue or perhaps I'm the minority
1. 6 Norma brass does not eject very well
2. Needs some kind of single shot follower
3. Needs new type of trigger guard
4. Benchrest stock selection is limited to say the least
5. Remington 700 is cheaper
6. Leave it alone!!!
That first picture posted is a Manners tactical/hunting stock. It’s awesome for that application. Fit like a glove. But I don’t think that Manners makes short range BR stocks.Manners has a Tikka chassis that would work with their stocks. I almost got one.

Just to clarify. I'm asking about a dedicated single shot benchrest rig , not a repeater. Feeding should be as easy as installing a single shot follower? I already single feed all my factory Tikka's on the bench using a sled installed in the mag. I see Mcmillan offers stocks with the Tikka inletting, but I didn't see it on their benchrest stocks.
