I was in there yesterday ...wed..8-15-18...buying some primers for my 6.5 creedmoor and he told me his load for his 6.5 that shoots in the 1's. He even showed me his one hole, 3 shot group target that he had in his pocket. He must be a member here, because anyone who works up loads like that must be a member here...LOL.
I want to reach him to thank him for his load, because I just shot it and they all clover touched on my first try... maybe with a little more work they will bug hole.

Does anyone know him? Thanks...Dan

Ps... now i have to go pull bullets on 35 loaded rounds to install i different powder... BUT I'M HAPPY to do it...LOL.

No, I didn't...... I was kinda' hoping somebody would shake that tree :)

I'm not a number cruncher. I CAN, and I useta'did, but nowadays it's about my gut and I'll stick with my statement cuz it's more than twice as hard to get 5 in than three . . . . .

example.....

Two statisticians (these are the guys who really believe that "SD" and "mean" are meaningful) are shooting at a target. Reginald touches off a round, 5" to the right of the X......

now it's Pemberton's turn,

BOOM!

5" the the LEFT of the X

They both leap up and punch the sky..... "BULLSEYE!!"

Sorry bro...... close the door on yer way out ;)
 
That was the magical Creedmore man, he goes around from store to store promoting the 6.5 bore....

You'll never see him again, but his loads will make you grin..... :D

Look him up on the national registration of all time golden 3 shot group awards :cool:

I am sure with all the helpful posts here one of these guys is surely the "Creedmoor Guy"...they are just to scared to openly admit because they have an internet image they need to maintain...hopefully he will reach out to you by PM.

Yes I agree holding 5 is a hell of a lot harder than 3, and 3 can be rather a bitch at times.
Al I love the way you eloquently put words together with proper hick speak.

Lets hear the load. I need more 3clover groups for my wallet.
 
I'm not sure if i should share it or not because it's not mine... BUT...I shot loads on both sides in my savage 12 FV and they were safe both high and low. If that Guy doesn't show his head pretty soon for me to ask him... then I'll unveil the CAROLINA LOAD.

Stay tuned...LOL.

Where is that Guy.....Hmmmm..... he can't be far....
 
Didn't you know that shots 4 and 5 are all flyers and that don't count anyways.

I only had 4 rounds loaded yesterday, and I did have a flyer that ruined the other three that touched and overlapped each other... it was 1/4" left.
