Im open to any and all ideas. I am heading to the range now to see how things work out. I normally test both rifles at the same time and shoot similar amounts in each rifle, thereby possibly increasing carbon rings at the same rate. Im using H414 in both rigs. It gives outstanding accuracy, even tho it is temp sensitive.
Keep in mind some bullets even though being same brand same weight same part number can really vary.
I found there was a big difference in variance between lots with several Seirra 168 SMK I had.
Consistency just was not even close in length to ogive.
Heres a picture of two different 168SMK (exact bullets different lot) one each from a different lot box.
That much variance is just not acceptable in my book.
Personally I try to stick with Bergers now.
