Any interest in a ring that can be marked so you know where the engraving goes on a new barrel, without the action in hand?
It would just screw onto the old barrel first, where you'd use a marker to mark on the ring, where the engraving needs to go on the new barrel. You'd then just screw it on the new barrel and engrave it where the mark is. Make sense?
I've got a couple that I've made for myself but a one off of anything just costs more than making several.
I'm thinking I can make and sell them for $20-$30 each, if there is enough interest.
If you'd be interested, let me know here.
Thanks!--Mike
