They don't do anything consistently with the exception of sending out a bill for membership. I paid for a 5 year membership, never got an updated card. A year later I get another bill saying my membership was about to expire and to pay again. I called and they said there system showed I had paid for the 5 year. They also said they would send out a card but it would take 6-10 weeks, that was 9 months ago, still no card. She did direct me to their website and I was able to print off a paper membership card that showed I was paid.
