Got a 6x47 myself to compliment my 243. It's more efficent than a 243 and has a better case design and you got Lapua brass. That's my vote. I think the Creedmoor is overrated. IF THIS was my first 6mm I think you should go 243 Winchester...
Why would you say to go 243 win if it's someone's first?
First, I don't know your intention of this rifle. The 243 Winchester dies will be cheaper than the rest and the brass too. If you decide to resell the 243 it will get you a better turnaround than these oddball cartridges. This was my first 6mm and I'm on my 3rd barrel now for my 243. There's a lot of public information with the 243 as well. These other cartridges not as much but they're successful too. I personally feel the 243 is a good cartridge to start with. My 243 shoots as good as my 6x47 Lapua and I use H1000 in mine. I heard people are using R-26 and getting ridiculous velocities. I'll have to play around with it sometime. The only downside to the 243 is the barrel life, but running H1000 I see no reason I wont get 2k accurate shots out of mine.
Put all 3 on paper, wad them up throw them in a hat, draw one out, ta-da you have your itch scratched.

One thing I don't like about the 6x47 Lapua is necking the cases down from 6.5 to 6mm. That gave me some neck issues. However, after they were fired once I had no issues. Something to think about if you're still deciding between the 6mms. I would imagine the 6mm Creedmoor would have the same issue too.
What issues are you having? I have used two different dies without issues. The Forster FL non bushing die and the Redding Type S FL die with a bushing. Both have produced great results.
Do you neck turn?Used the Forester FL non- bushing and got neck inconsistences. The bullet concentricity was screwed up too on the first firings.
Do you neck turn?
For the OP I would vote the 6x47 for the brass.
Uneven soot is because the brass is still forming up to the new shape? I am no supper expert here though, Even my BRX did that. Also my 6.5x47 did it the first firing. Had uneven soon on my 54rImproved too and that never went away. Not the smiths fault, just bad reamer design i think.Neck turned some and didn't neck turn others and still had neck issues with both methods. You can tell it's a neck issue too with the first firings because the powder residue after the case is fired is uneven on the necks. And the smith who barreled the rifle did a good job so that's not an issue. I backed the die off too and still didn't help.
