Which One ?

Planning on a 8 Twist 22 caliber and I have all of these reamers. 22 Br ,22-250 AI and a 22 Cheetah . For Varmint hunting 4--800 yds.

Which one would you choose and why ?

Jim, the BR will be the most efficient, the 22Ch will be the fastest, but most short lived, the 250AI would be the easiest to form from the 22 big boomers.

A long barrel and varget will get that 22BR into the 3200fps with 75gr Amax bullets though, but for serious splat factor, the CHeetah is king.
