When take out the screw , i have resistance to try take off the turret. I dont force it out to risck damage something .Yes, if you hear/feel clicking the cross hair is moving and changing your point of impact.
I'll reinforce what SSL said. I have a couple scopes with that style turret. To reset to zero, remove the screw completely, take the turret off, align it to zero and reinstall.
My scopes are probably not the same brand name as yours, but on mine there are rubber o-rings that provide friction to the turret, and this must be overcome to pull the turret off. It is not a hard stop though...hard to describe. I can get pictures of mine and post them in about an hour or so from now. When take out the screw , i have resistance to try take off the turret. Is it normal to feel resistance ? Do i have to force it out ?
Thank's
