While I don’t agree with YouTube’s policy, it is incorrect to assert First Amendment rights in that context.
It is a private forum, just like this one. First Amendment rights do not apply. They apply to the public space. As in owned by the public, not a private entity.
Yes, it is so large that it has many aspects of public space. But, it is not publicly owned.
Suppose someone came into your living room and started making what you considered unacceptable statements. Wouldn’t you want to be able to ask them to leave or at least cease the unacceptable comments?
