XP-100 center grip vs rear grip

I prefer the center grip XP-100. For most hunting situations, I think it would be preferred. Rear grip fo bench work.

I have no issues with bipods on center grips either. When using riflescopes on XP’s, the center grips helps position the scope better as well.

Borden Accuracy has the Alpine XP clone action as well if so desired.

Pretty impressive for a 7mm BR on elk.

If you’re right handed sell the xp and get a Wichita left bolt. Action is early cnc . You can use the same action for a rear grip as you can a center grip. The trigger set up works for both. A jewel trigger works on the rear grip. Scope bases are difficult find. Xp’s are good. I think I owned 10 over the years but the Wichita I feel is a better choice. Just my opinion
Why not just get a lefty XP thumbhole stock? Perfect platform. Left hand holds the lefty stock for control while your free right hand works the bolt (and no reaching over) and feeds the ammo.

I'am right handed but wanted to see what it was like to shoot a lefty action right handed.
Savage lefty repeater action, set up as a single shot. bedded into a right hand thumbhole BR style stock. Right hand stays in the thumbhole for stock control while your free left hand works the bolt and feeds ammo. LOVE IT!!!
Only problem, hard going back to right hand rigs, taking your hand off the stock to work the bolt.
