XP-100 Bolt Stop...

The smallest end mill I have is 1/8", next size is 3/16" and up. Looks like I will need pick up a few that are in 32nd's and 64th's maybe.

Got some hardware and end mills on the way.

Question, where can I buy a couple 1/8" detent springs that are suited for this project? Brownells has them, but don't need a $20 refill kit and $15 shipping charge!

I've installed a few Defensive Edge bolt stops.

I got the release installed and works great. Just have to modify the tapered stop inside to allow the bolt to slide in without pressing the release. I used the PTG Lawton/Noster style release. The pin was made out of a 4-40 cap head. As for the spring, I just utilized the spring used in the factory release.

Turned out pretty good for the first one I ever did...
