10. Not only tangent to the line, but when blown up you can see the cuts on the line. As has been mentioned, if I have to agonize over the decision, benefit goes to the shooter.

I scored it a 9 at the scoring table
It wasn’t a big deal or the difference in winning or losing just interesting.
Insert a 6 mm into the target and it becomes a 10
